Current version
Last updated · July 2026These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Leadbuild platform, including our website, APIs, ingestion pipelines, review workbench, and generated output. By creating a tenant account or accessing our services, you agree to these terms in full. This document serves as a binding agreement and should be read in conjunction with your executed purchase orders and master agreements.
Your account and responsibilities
To access the platform, you must register a tenant account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your tenant workspace. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload, process, and store the client transcripts, raw files, and marketing assets that you bring to the Leadbuild platform. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Acceptable use guidelines
You agree not to use the Leadbuild platform to: (a) upload or process content that infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenant workspaces, underlying databases, or host infrastructure; (c) bypass or disable any security features, model routing controls, or tenant isolation measures; (d) execute automated scraping, crawling, stress-testing, or reverse-engineering scripts against our application endpoints; or (e) use the platform to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful campaign materials. Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual property and content ownership
As between you and Leadbuild, you retain sole ownership of all raw source materials, customer transcripts, and brand guidelines uploaded to your workspace. The citation-verified insights, versioned brand briefs, and campaign proposals generated specifically for your tenant belong entirely to you. Leadbuild owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform services, software architecture, user interface designs, templates, verification models, and proprietary tools, including any improvements or feedback provided during your use of the system.
Platform availability and maintenance SLA
We strive to maintain a minimum service availability of 99.9% for our web application and API endpoints, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Routine maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic periods, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify tenant administrators at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise plans may be subject to a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining service credits. Otherwise, the platform is provided on an 'as-available' and 'as-is' basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadbuild and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
